Wagontown, PA

The guys from Wagontown (Chester County), Pennsylvania have recently received 2 new KME custom engines and placed up for sale two rigs.  The 2003 American LaFrance rescue-engine originally saw service with the Malvern Fire Company, also in Chester County.  Wagontown purchased the American LaFrance from Malvern in in 2009 to replace their 1989 Ford C/American Eagle engine.  It was a definite upgrade for them, sporting a 2000 gpm pump and 700 gallon tank.  Not to mention all the room for their tools and equipment.  Well when Wagontown needed to sell this rig and their 1999 Pierce engine, they trusted Kykor Fire Apparatus to do the job for them.  Within days of the listing this engine was in high demand.  It was finally sold to the Scott Township Fire Company in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.  They picked up the rig a few weeks ago and after talking with the Chief at Scott Township they are very happy with their purchase.  Congratulations to both companies for trusting Kykor Fire Apparatus and Kykor Enterprises, LLC with the sale and purchase of this beautiful rig.
