About Myself
Owner - Todd Lincoln
Partner with a Veteran and Firefighter Who Knows your Apparatus.
I have been involved with the fire service for over 44 years. I started as a junior firefighter at age 15 with various local fire companies. After leaving the US Air Force, I once again joined the local fire company. To this day I am still a volunteer with my local company, in a much less step back capacity.
I am not only a volunteer, I am also a historian, mainly for Pennsylvania fire companies and Hahn Fire Apparatus. I am the former editor of “Keystone State Fire Apparatus News”. This magazine was in publication for over 10 years until it became too costly to produce anymore. There was a great deal of information provided by my many fantastic contributors over those ten years.
I started KYKOR Fire Apparatus to help fire companies find buyers for their used apparatus. After seeing how some of these brokers operate, I decided that I would be much more hands-on than most. I have a real interest in where their apparatus ends up. It is such an exciting day when the purchasing fire company comes to pick up their “new to them” piece of apparatus. This is why I strive to take the photos and videos myself, ask the proper questions and market the piece in the best way possible. We also have a list of customers waiting on particular types of apparatus that we try to fit buyer with seller.
